Why do these Silver Sands buttons open Deluxe?
The main casino links now lead to SilverSands Deluxe, the sister brand. You're on an affiliate information website here. It can earn commission from those links, but it doesn't run your account.
Which coupon should I enter after opening Deluxe?
Enter SIGNUP100 for a 100% first-deposit match capped at R5,000. You need a minimum R50 deposit. Check the coupon is accepted before you authorise payment; its wagering is 15x deposit plus bonus.
Does the matched balance become cash straight away?
No. You can't withdraw bonus money until its wagering is complete. For example, a R100 deposit and R100 SIGNUP100 match create a R3,000 wagering target. That's qualifying play, not another deposit.
Does Deluxe let me stack the two welcome coupons?
You can't stack SIGNUP100 and CRYPTO100. For your opening crypto payment, the alternative offers a 100% match capped at R1,000. Choose your coupon before paying and read its own rules.
What can I do if the handoff page stays open?
Give the partner link time to load. If the handoff doesn't continue, use its Continue now link. Check that you've reached Deluxe before entering SIGNUP100 or paying.
Where should I look for an Instant EFT option?
Look inside your account's cashier and check the supported bank, limits and fees there. If you can't find the option you want, ask casino support before sending money another way.
Who can check a balance that looks wrong?
The casino support team can help with your account balance or payment query. This website can't access either. Have your transaction reference ready, and don't send your password.
Can I speak to someone before I deposit again?
Yes. Call 0800 006 008 for free, confidential gambling support. You can also read about account limits and breaks on the support page.
